No Fuss Potato Dumplings

Long gone are the days of taking hours to make delicious Potato Dumplings. Check out this video to see how we combine our “no boil, no peel mash” recipe with some simple and easy dough suggestions to create this tasty and warming dish in under one hour.

Ingredients

  • 500g of cooled mashed general purpose potatoes. See our Delicious Mashed Potato in Under 8 Minutes video for instructions.
  • 150g Quark* or Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped onions
  • 30 Wonton or Gow Gee wrappers**
* Quark is a soft white cheese available from Continental deli’s and some supermarkets.

** Wonton or Gow Gee wrappers can be found in Asian Supermarkets. Check the refrigerated section of your local retailer.

Garnish

Thick yoghurt or sour cream and fried chopped onion.
